The CPX organises meetups regularly (every six weeks or so). In every session, we make it a point to do something different…involve ourselves in new experiences and explore areas that broaden our outlook on life.

Inside you is an immensely rich, nourishing place; a dance of lightness and heaviness, strength and surrender, light and shadow. You know this place; it is your deepest “you,” glimpsed but rarely embraced. It is home: our only real home.

This workshop is an opportunity to open your awareness to yourself as a place of deep lived meaning. Feel closer to the reality of your daily experience. Your body’s sensations are the gateway.

They seek to engage your self-exploration through a light-hearted and playful approach, with elements of movement and Improv, to start on a journey of discovery of what truly is – to the last frontier of experience – the internal world – to “I.”

This workshop welcomes beginners and people with experience in embodiment.

Creating better workplaces with Gary Friedman
Tues 28 May 2013 at 7:45 for 8:00-9:30am

This stimulating CPX meeting will be on Subtle Manipulation in the Workplace, through puppetry and other creative methods. Gary will open with some warm-up exercises to get us in the mood and relaxed, followed by a quick guided visualisation. He will then give a short demo on ‘Creating Life and Communication through Objects’ and then divide members into groups to work on a few quick improv pieces to present to their colleagues. Then, we will discuss how this work could be applied to our daily lives at home and at work.
